It supports PNC or computer-based control systems, allowing precise setting of tilt angle, motion speed, and mold operation to ensure high repeatability in casting. Equipped with a servo energy-saving motor system, it provides stable drive output and improved energy efficiency compared to conventional motors. The PMC-1000A ensures stable control of metal flow and filling behavior as well as solidification, improving casting density, reducing porosity, and enhancing surface quality.
