The ZITAI ZDC-1400TCM is a new-generation 1400-ton cold chamber die casting machine developed for large aluminum castings and high-precision structural components. It delivers stable, efficient, and energy-saving performance, making it suitable for automotive structures, EV components, and heavy industrial applications.
The machine features a high-rigidity 1400-ton clamping system with a platen size of 1800 × 1800 mm, tie-bar spacing of 1150 × 1150 mm, and a mold thickness range of 500–1400 mm, enabling flexible adaptation to large and deep-cavity molds.
In terms of injection performance, it provides an injection force of 75–110 tons and a maximum injection speed of 4.5 m/s (expandable to 6.0 m/s), with a maximum shot weight of approx. 24 kgf. An intensification pressure of 263–342 kgf/cm² enhances filling efficiency and reduces porosity.
The machine is equipped with a 60.5 kW high-efficiency servo hydraulic system, combining energy savings with stable operation. A modular design and 15 sets of mold cooling circuits ensure consistent quality and high productivity during long-term operation.
The ZDC-1400TCM combines high precision, stability, and productivity, making it an ideal solution for large-scale aluminum die casting processes.
