The PMC-1500 is the flagship model of the ZITAI gravity die casting machine series, featuring a 1635 × 1535 mm tie-bar spacing and a 250 ton clamping force, with support for 0°–90° tilting for both vertical and horizontal operation. The control system is available in PNC or computer-based modes, integrating precise control of pouring angle, motion speed, and temperature monitoring to ensure process stability. Equipped with a high-efficiency servo energy-saving motor system, it delivers accurate motion control and significant energy savings while maintaining high stability during long-term operation. The lubrication-free toggle mechanism further reduces maintenance requirements and enhances mechanical reliability. The PMC-1500 enables stable control of metal flow, filling behavior, and solidification, improving casting density, reducing porosity, and enhancing surface quality. It is particularly suitable for large aluminum structural components, automotive body parts, and transportation industry castings, making it an ideal solution for high-productivity and high-quality manufacturing.
